Vitamins are Rich Source of Food
At the elementary level, we were taught that vitamins are rich source of food, oops…I mentioned it wrong as it is, ”foods are rich source of vitamins”.
Let’s here know something more about liquid vitamins and perhaps some of you might not be aware of that!! Well, it is commonly found that foods containing one vitamin are generally rich in one another vitamins too. So, what we mean to say is that if you incorporate these types of food in your diet, you will get more nutritious benefit. One more thing which I think is must to mention is that these types of food are boon for those who are working towards loosing their weights as by eating these foods with the benefits of more than one vitamin, you will eat less without compromising on the value of vitamins needed by your body.
For example you can have papaya. This fruit is highly rich source of vitamins A and C and can be eaten raw or cooked. Similarly, Broccoli is also a great source of having vitamins K and C. Spinach is yet another food offering you dual benefit as it is a rich source of vitamins A and K.
